Many clients we come in contact with don’t quite understand the complexity of developing a website. So, for those people we have outline the typical website development phases:
- The Initial Meeting / Project Definition – We meet with you in-person, on phone, or video conference to discuss your objectives and goals.
- Research – Once we know your web site objectives, we research your industry( especially your competitors) to develop a project timeline and game plan of how we can help your business reign supreme over the competition.
- Presentation / Proposal - We deliver you a presentation and detailed proposal of the project scope and pricing breakdown.
- Contract – If the proposal is agreed upon we deliver the contract, which includes project timeline and pricing breakdown
- Content Gathering / Site Structure – We begin the job by gathering your content, creating site flow charts, and wire frames. Also at this stage, we photograph and video wherever necessary.
- Visual Design – We draft visual designs. Get feedback from you and refine if necessary.
- Website Development & Assembly – We Confirm and refine technical specs, review and adjust project timeline, and begin to assemble the website.
- Site Testing – We perform quality Assurance testing, prioritize issues, and refine site.
- Website Launch – Both parties sign off “site completion” form and website goes live. At this stage a maintenance plan is implemented if necessary.
